At Priscys Essence, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal-use items), we maintain a strict no return or refund policy except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Returns

We do not accept returns on:

 • Used or opened lash products

 • Adhesives or tools

 • Sale or promotional items

This policy is in place to protect the hygiene and safety of our customers.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@priscysessence.com with:

 • Your order number

 • A clear photo of the item and packaging

 • A description of the issue

We will happily issue a replacement or store credit if the item is deemed damaged or incorrect.

Refunds (if applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved:

 • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

 • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved for a product, the cost of shipping will be deducted unless the issue was due to our error.
